My family and I had a great time celebrating the Christmas season with the communities of District 63.

Now is the time to defend our Constitution. The founding principles of fighting for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as spelled out in our Declaration of Independence and the individual rights of each citizen as spelled out in our Constitution are under attack like never before.

Messmer signs the Dubois County Right to Life Creed at annual banquet, his opponent refuses!

The 2008 Dubois County Right-to-Life banquet was held Sunday 10-19-08 at the Huntingburg Events Center.  There was a great turnout with about 300 people in attendence.  As part of the program, all the attendees were given a Right to Life Creed to sign that they would pledge to support Right to Life principles.  I have attached my signed copy of the pledge.  My opponent would not sign the pledge!

We had a blast last weekend in Winslow at the Parade of Lights. My family and friends handed out glow sticks and I played a patriotic service medley. Apparently the firefighters liked the music, because they awarded us 3rd place for best parade entry! Check out the picture of the trophy on the attachment, it is really cool.
